I do not own the rights to reuse or resell artwork made for others for any projects.

Full credit is required when reposting artwork. You can only repost commissioned artwork, artwork of the characters you own, or fanart I've drawn.

All products are personal use only.

Commercial use is x2 fee based on the original price and covers anything that may generates a profit. This usually includes: Vtuber, Streaming, Game, Advertising, etc.

If you'd like your commission to be private, please let me know and I can accomodate.

Prohibited usage includes: NFT, AI learning, promoting problematic or hateful content, tracing.

Making personal merch is accepted using finished product, as long as it is non-profit. Please also discuss with me beforehand.

All pricing are in USD and will made through Kofi or Paypal.

Payment is due upfront within 48 hours.

Payment plans are only available for anything over $100 and must be discussed beforehand.

Please note that I do not do refunds if payment plan falls through.

Chargeback without discussing after the product is transferred will be an instant blacklist.

Full refunds are only available if the commission has not been started and if I have enough funds.

There are no refunds after sketches are approved.

Work time varies between 2-6 months per slot.

Do not commission me if you expect a fast delivery. I'm a working student so there are delays in my progress.

1 major sketch revision and 3 edits during work phrase, extra edits will result in a $5 fee for each.

Mistakes made on my part such as missing or incorrect features on the given reference can be fixed for free.

Any errors due to an unclear reference and/or description counts as an edit.

Please allow me to have some creative liberty, extreme nitpicking will not be accepted.

Minor edits over my art are allowed, as long as you inform that it is an edit in the description and retain the original image.

Allowed edits: cropping filters, color-changing, adding effects, background editing, changing small details, etc.

Not allowed: greatly distorting my art, cutting pasting on others art, tracing, adding problematic imagery, etc.

Do not use my art/design as part of any NFT minting or AI learning.

Discriminatory usage of my designs will not be tolerated.

Minor edits over my designs are allowed. Please retain a minimum of 50% of the original design.

Allowed edits: color-changing, alternative color palette, adding/removing some details, different clothes, hairstyles, etc

Not allowed: 100% redesign, whitewashing, de-transitioning.

You're allowed to enroll or void my designs to be apart of any closed species.

In the case of the alternate versions belonging to a closed species, please refer to the species policy on redesigning.

The original unedited version of the design must be kept as archive. In case of possible reversions in case of future ownership changes.

You can only transfer my designs using Toyhouse profiles and Deviantart. Any transaction on other websites like Amino, Twitter, Facebook, etc are invalid.

You must also update their respective CS Masterlist whenever my design is transferred.

Co-owning is allowed, however I will not be resolving any conflicts that happens.

You can gift/trade/sell the designs based on how you obtained the design. If the character is part of a closed species, then you must abide their terms instead.

If the character is originally a freebie/raffle, you can only gift/trade.

If received from trade, you can gift/trade.

If received from sale, you can gift/trade/sell but no more than the worth you received.

I no longer allow resale of traded designed unless you discuss with me first.

Do not sell / inflate characters for more than they are worth.

When rehoming, the worth and how the design is obtained must be made transparent.

Personal and commissioned art can add on worth based off your commission price or the amount you paid.

Traded and gifted art cannot add on monetary values.

Designs with alternate forms must include the variants when being resold, traded, or gift.

I do not revoke designs as it belongs to their respective owner.

Blacklisted owners cannot obtain any other designs from me, but can transfer current designs they own.

DO NOT transfer adult-themed designs with NSFW art to underage users.
